This K1 Game Software User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and the K1 Game service provider (hereinafter referred to as “K1 Game”, “we”, or “us”).

K1 Game Software includes the website k1game.net, the k1.game Android APP, and any related PC clients or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing k1game.net, downloading the k1.game APP, registering an account, or using any K1 Game services, you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Special Reminder:

  • If you are a minor (under 18), please read this Agreement with your guardian and obtain their consent before registration and use.
  • If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop accessing or using K1 Game services.

Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan and your jurisdiction.
  • K1 Game reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

Account Registration and Security

  • Each user may register and maintain only one account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your account credentials.
  • Accounts inactive for a long period may be recycled or deleted after prior notice (via in-app notification, website announcement, or push message).

User Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the K1 Game software.
  • Use third-party plugins, bots, scripts, or any tools to interfere with or gain unfair advantage.
  • Exploit bugs or loopholes for personal gain.

You shall not use K1 Game services to produce, publish, disseminate, or store content that:

  • Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, or undermines national unity.
  • Incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, or disrupts social stability.
  • Contains obscenity, pornography, gambling promotion (beyond the platform), violence, or illegal content.
  • Insults, slanders, or infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Violates any laws, regulations, or K1 Game platform rules.

Commercial Activities: Advertising, selling products, promoting external platforms, or spam is strictly prohibited.

Fair Play and Violation Penalties

Violations include but are not limited to:

  • Multiple Accounts: Same IP, device, email, phone, bank account, or personal information.
  • Self-Sparring / Collusion: Betting on both sides, coordinated betting with others.
  • Any form of cheating, fraud, or abuse of promotions.

Penalties (depending on severity):
Temporary suspension, permanent account ban, forfeiture of winnings and balances, deduction of commissions, etc.

K1 Game reserves the right to investigate and take action without prior notice in serious cases.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content (text, images, videos, software, logos, etc.) in K1 Game belongs to K1 Game or its licensors.
Users grant K1 Game a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any content they upload or publish on the platform.

Paid Services, Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc., are final.
  • Bonuses have wagering requirements.
  • Rights and virtual items obtained after payment are non-transferable and non-inheritable.
  • Withdrawals are subject to verification and platform rules.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

K1 Game provides services “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.
We are not liable for losses caused by:

  • User’s improper or illegal use.
  • Internet instability, force majeure, hacker attacks, or government policy changes.
  • Third-party advertisements or linked content.

Responsible Gaming: Gambling involves risk. Play only with money you can afford to lose. Seek help if needed (Pakistan Helpline: 0800-44444).

Privacy Protection

We collect necessary user information (username, phone, etc.) to provide services. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Users must not share sensitive financial information and are responsible for any losses caused by their own negligence.

Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement due to policy changes, product updates, or legal requirements.
The revised Agreement will be published on k1game.net and the k1.game app. Continued use after 7 days constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
